You notice that it gets more focus as a result. And that's not just because we want to achieve certification, it's a way in which we continuously improve ourselves.
The audit was very pleasant, right from the planning. You notice that Normec Certification Institute has a very pragmatic approach. They spent about six days at our location for the audit. I have also recommended Normec Certification Institute to other companies within our group, for multiple standards."
