PayChecked in Transport: for security in the logistics chain

Do you have a transport or logistics company? With the PayChecked in Transport hallmark, you show that you pay your employees correctly and that your payroll administration is in order. The quality mark gives clients confidence. You show that you work according to the applicable rules and that you have a grip on your processes.

Normec is authorized to perform these checks and guides you smoothly through the process. With our experience and knowledge we ensure clarity and an efficient process.

PayChecked and the Wet Aanpak Schijnconstructies (Wages and Salaries Act)

The quality mark was set up by Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN) and entrepreneurs' association Evofenedex. The reason was the introduction of the Wet Aanpak Schijnconstructies (WAS). According to this law, clients can be held liable when employees, or employees of contractors, are not paid correctly. Obviously, you want to avoid that risk.

With PayChecked in Transport, you demonstrate that you comply with the requirements of the law and that your wage payments are set up correctly.

Our expertise

Normec knows the standards and requirements of PayChecked in Transport in detail. We perform independent audits and review, among other things:

  • Contracts
  • Payroll administration
  • Compliance with the collective labor agreement for professional freight transport
  • Handling of complaints

On average, we audit your organization once a year or once every two years, partly on the basis of random samples. You will receive a clear report with our findings.

Do you pass the audit? Then you have a clear advantage in the market. This is because companies with the hallmark are happy to cooperate with other certified organizations.

With the quality mark:

  • Give your clients demonstrable security.
  • Work according to the rules of PayChecked and the collective labor agreement for the carriage of goods.
  • Reduce the risk of chain liability for wages.
  • Save time because your administration is independently verified.
  • Strengthen your position within the transport and logistics sector.

You show that you take responsibility for fair remuneration and transparent entrepreneurship.
