Qualiopi Audit: Get Your Training Programs Certified for the French Market
Do you want to offer training programs in France and be eligible for government subsidies from the CPF (Compte Professionnel de Formation)? Then you need a Qualiopi certificate.
Qualiopi certification is an official quality seal that confirms your institution meets the requirements of the “Référentiel National Qualité” (RNQ).
As part of this audit, your activities and processes are assessed based on 7 criteria and 32 indicators, including, in particular:
- the information you provide to your target audience,
- the design and delivery of your services, as well as the pedagogical approach,
- the use of resources and infrastructure,
- staff competencies,
- the support provided to and collaboration with partners, and
- initiatives for continuous improvement.
If the result is positive, you will receive a certificate that is valid for three years in France. This will help you further professionalize your organization.
Our Approach to the Qualiopi Audit: Structured Guidance Toward Certification
During the Qualiopi audit, an auditor verifies whether your organization meets the requirements of the RNQ reference framework.
In particular, the auditor analyzes:
- your services and processes,
- your procedures and your quality management,
- the way your services are delivered and monitored,
- the resources and competencies within your organization.
The purpose of the audit is not only to assess the quality of your performance but also to provide insight into how you can improve your organization overall.
Who is the Qualiopi audit intended for? Eligible organizations and admission criteria
Qualiopi certification is intended for self-employed individuals and organizations active in the following areas:
- education and training,
- competency development and validation,
- vocational training, and
- career counseling and competency assessments.
Whether your company is based in France or Belgium, this applies to you as soon as you wish to offer training programs on the French market. Belgian subsidiaries of a French parent company can also obtain this certification.
With this audit:
- you provide your clients with access to subsidies in France.
- you demonstrate that you comply with the national quality standard RNQ.
- you’ll be officially included in the list of certified training institutions.
- you identify areas for improvement within your organization.
- You’ll increase your chances of winning public contracts in France.
A five-step process.
How does the Qualiopi audit work?
-
1.
Step 1 – Mapping out your organization’s profile
To prepare, gather all official data and characteristics of your organization.
-
2.
Step 2 – The audit visit
During the audit visit, the auditor will assess your organization based on the National Quality Reference Framework (RNQ), taking into account the categories of measures defined in the scope of the audit. Certain criteria may vary depending on the type of continuing education in question, and exceptions may apply in certain situations.
-
3.
Step 3 – The audit report
After the audit, you will receive a visit report containing the following:
- the checks performed and
- the areas that meet the standard’s requirements.
This audit report will help you strengthen your strategy for continuous improvement
-
4.
Step 4 – Certification
Once your documentation has been approved by our internal certification committee, you will receive the Qualiopi certificate.
-
5.
Step 5 – The Follow-Up Audit
A mandatory surveillance audit takes place between 14 and 22 months after the initial certification audit.
