The Wtta is coming: are you ready?
On January 1, 2027, the Act on the Admission and Posting of Workers (Wtta) will take effect. With the introduction of this law, the rules in the temporary staffing sector will change dramatically.
Specifically, this means:
- labor supply agencies will only be allowed to operate with a license
- as a user company, you may only collaborate with licensed parties
If you do not comply, you run the risk of fines or even having your organization shut down. This calls for timely action. But what does this mean specifically for your organization, and where do you start?
