As of January 1, 2026, the way in which the application of relevant (collective) wages is checked within the SNA quality mark will change. This change follows directly from the transition from equal pay to equivalent pay for temporary workers as of January 1, 2026.

SNA seal of approval expands with two modules for zzp services
From January 1, 2026, the SNA hallmark will be expanded with two new modules: Mediation and Intervention. This expansion has been developed in cooperation with NBBU, ABU and Bovib, among others, and gives clients more security when employing self-employed workers through intermediaries. This development should contribute to a professional and transparent market.

Mandatory admission system
On November 11, the Senate approved the Law on the Admission of Workers made available (Wtta). This law introduces a compulsory admission system for all companies that make labor available, such as temporary employment agencies, payroll companies and secondment agencies. The goal: to address abuses, better protect migrant workers and ensure a level playing field.

On Oct. 28, Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN), the Vereniging Verticaal Transport and the unions FNV, CNV and De Unie reached a negotiation result for the CBA for Professional Goods Transport by Road and Mobile Crane Rental.

Any complaints regarding actions taken by Normec VRO may be submitted to Normec VRO’s day-to-day management. You may do so by submitting a written complaint. Our complaints and appeals procedures are available on our website.
Complaints Regarding Our Services
Your satisfaction with our services is of great importance to us. Should you ever be dissatisfied, we would like to hear from you. This will allow us to find an appropriate solution together and improve our services in the future.
Objection to Final Assessment
If you disagree with the final decision of an inspection, you may file an appeal. Only the client may do so. If your objection does not concern the final decision of an inspection activity, it is considered a complaint.
How can you file a complaint?
- You must address your complaint to the management of Normec VRO
- We will register the complaint, and you will receive confirmation that it has been received.
- The complaint will be resolved within six weeks, if possible.
- You will be notified in writing of the resolution.
Appeals Procedure
You may file an appeal against a decision made by Normec during the certification process. This is done by submitting a written appeal that clearly sets out the grounds for your appeal.
How can you file an appeal?
- You must address your appeal to the management of Normec VRO
- We will register your appeal, and you will receive confirmation that the appeal has been accepted for review.
- You will be given the opportunity to explain your position during a hearing, at which you may be assisted by an authorized representative.
- No later than two months after receipt of the objection or no later than two months after the hearing has taken place, a new, reasoned decision will be sent to you in writing.
