Reliable services in the flex industry

The Bovib hallmark distinguishes hiring intermediaries within the flex industry. The quality mark sets requirements for the financial, payroll and personnel administration of companies based in the Netherlands that:

  • Take on work or assignments
  • Supply labor
  • Hire workers
  • Outsource work or assignments
  • Hire and/or mediate self-employed people

The requirements are based on laws and regulations and are supplemented by Bovib-specific standards, requirements of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

With the Bovib hallmark, you show clients that you are a reliable and professional partner.

Working method

How does Bovib certification work?

  1. 1.

    Inspection

You will receive an overview in advance with the documents you can prepare for the inspection. This usually already gives a good idea of the components we will be testing. On the inspection day, these documents are included in the assessment and samples are taken.

  2. 2.

    Report

You will receive a report from us based on the inspection, in which the various components for your company are assessed. If you meet the standard(s) and/or if improvement is needed, it will be reported.

  3. 3.

    Frequency

Usually once a year, we inspect your organization to ensure that you are still in compliance with the rules for the Bovib seal of approval.

How to obtain the Bovib quality mark

Normec VRO has been providing inspections for the Bovib quality mark for years. Together we look at what your organization needs in order to meet all the requirements.

Is your company already ISO 9001 and/or NEN 4400 certified? Then it is not necessary to fully test these components again. This makes the process more efficient and clearer.

We think along with you, provide clarity in advance and guide you step by step to certification.

What does the seal of approval get you?

During the inspection we carefully assess your administration and processes. You will receive a clear report with our findings, including any points for improvement. So you know exactly where you stand and what is needed to (continue to) meet the requirements.

With the Bovib quality mark:

  • Profile yourself as a reliable partner within the flex industry.
  • You reduce the risk of financial and fiscal liability.
  • Show that you have structurally guaranteed quality.
  • Demonstrably comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Increase your trust with clients and chain partners.

You show that you control your processes and take responsibility for quality and compliance.

Prepared for the future

After certification, we will continue to audit your organization periodically. Usually this audit takes place once a year. Together we ensure that you continue to comply with the rules of the Bovib quality mark.

Through structural testing you remain prepared for changes in laws and regulations and retain the trust of clients.
