The Wtta Act Takes Effect: Are You Ready?

On January 1, 2027, the Act on the Placement and Provision of Workers (Wtta) will take effect. The entry into force of this law will lead to fundamental changes in the regulations governing flexible work.

Specifically, this means:

• Temporary staffing agencies will only be allowed to operate with a license
• As a user company, you may only work with licensed providers

If you fail to comply with these provisions, you risk fines or even the closure of your business. It is therefore essential to take immediate action. But what does this mean specifically for your business, and where should you start?
