ISO 45001: Transition period extended again

The ISO 45001:2018 "Occupational health and safety management systems" standard replaces the previous BS OHSAS 18001:2007 as the international certification standard for occupational health and safety systems.

Regarding the transition from OHSAS to 45001, the meeting of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) has now decided that the end of the transition period will again be extended, now until Sept. 31, 2021.

The 45001 certificates issued by VQZ Bonn will bear the combined IAF/DAkkS logo.
