Compliance and Operations Manager
Lyndsey Gates now assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the corporate office as Compliance and Operations Manager. Over the past 12 months, Lyndsey has done an excellent job in supporting the company from a compliance perspective by working closely with TrustMark and UKAS. By the end of 2022, she naturally began overseeing customer service as well. This change in role now formalizes Lyndsey's position so that she can begin planning for the growth of the team for 2023 to support the new products and services that will be released in the coming months.
PAS 2030 and MCS Scheme Manager
Richard Wiffen, one of our technical assessors, is now our PAS 2030 and MCS Scheme Manager and will be responsible for the team of assessors covered by these standards. Richard will be responsible for managing both contracted and directly hired assessors, supporting the onboarding process and working closely with Lyndsey to meet all compliance requirements around the schemes. Richard has proven to be a great asset to Simply; along with his exceptional assessment and social skills, this new role will further leverage his knowledge and abilities.
Managing Director
Alexandra Gates will assume the position of Managing Director effective January 3, 2023, allowing Austin Gibbons to take on strategic projects in the areas of compliance, certification and technologies as well as continuing to grow our portfolio of services, while formally assuming the role of Finance Director for the company. Alex will continue to lead the company's growth through strategic partnerships and work closely with Austin to execute the new initiatives.
