Qfor-WSE audit: show that your organization meets the WSE quality conditions

A Qfor-WSE audit demonstrates that your organization meets the minimum quality requirements of the Department of WEWIS (Work, Economy, Science, Innovation and Social Economy).

This audit is intended for organizations active in employment, professional training and social economy in Flanders. If you want to receive funding, subsidies or other support for these activities, you must be registered with the WSE office.

The quality and registration model for service providers within Work and Social Economy is a measure of the Flemish government. To demonstrate that your organization meets the minimum quality requirements, you can go through a Qfor-WSE audit.

During the audit your activities are tested against the indicators of the Qfor-WSE Scan standard, based on the proven Qfor methodology.

Our approach

During the audit, an independent auditor analyzes how your organization operates and to what extent it meets the quality indicators.

The audit assesses three main areas:

  • Services

The information you offer about your organization and activities, as well as the resources you have at your disposal to implement and follow up on your services.

  • HR

The inflow of new internal and external employees, their competencies and the further development of employees within your organization.

  • Financial management

The financial objectives of your organization and how your finances are monitored.

How does the Qfor-WSE audit process work?

  1. 1.

    Mapping of your organizational profile

In preparation for the audit, you complete the Qfor DataScan. This will map all official data and characteristics of your organization.

  2. 2.

    The vetting of processes

During the audit visit, the auditor examines the extent to which your organization meets the Qfor-WSE Scan standard. This is done randomly through documents, systems and interviews.

  3. 3.

    The reporting

The auditor compiles all findings into a detailed audit report with:

    - A summary of the findings

    - A score per indicator

    - The necessary instructions to optimize your operation

  4. 4.

    The certification

After the audit visit, the file is forwarded to the Certification Committee. In the event of a positive assessment, your organization receives the Qfor-WSE certificate.

With this certificate, you can then register with the WEWIS Department.
