Qfor ProcessScan: improve your internal processes
With a Qfor ProcessScan you gain insight into how well your internal processes function. During this audit the processes within your organization are tested against the indicators of the Qfor ProcessScan standard.
The standard was developed for organizations active in training, consultancy and competence enhancement. Three main areas are assessed during the audit:
Service delivery
Here we look, among other things, at communication about your activities, needs analysis, assignment description, execution, evaluation and administrative follow-up.
The resources (resources).
This includes recruitment, training and evaluation of employees, both internal and external. Material and intangible resources deployed are also assessed.
The organization
Here responsibilities, division of labor, continuous improvement initiatives, financial management, security, cyber risks and sustainability are examined.
The insights from a Qfor ProcessScan help you to further improve your organization and services.

How does the Qfor ProcessScan audit process work?
-
1.
Phase 1 - Mapping your organization profile
In preparation for the audit, you complete the Qfor DataScan. This maps the official data and characteristics of your organization.
-
2.
Phase 2 - The vetting of processes.
During the audit visit, our Normec CertUp auditor examines the extent to which your organization meets the Qfor ProcessScan standard. This is done randomly based on documents, systems and interviews.
-
3.
Phase 3 - The reporting
The auditor compiles all findings into a detailed audit report with:
- A summary of the main findings
- A score per indicator
- The necessary instructions to optimize your operation
-
4.
Phase 4 - The certification
The audit file is then evaluated by the Certification Committee. In case of a positive evaluation, your organization receives the Qfor certificate.
-
5.
Phase 5 - The surveillance
Between the 14th and 22nd month after the initial audit, a surveillance audit takes place. During this audit it is checked to what extent your organization has implemented further improvements according to the Qfor ProcessScan standard.
