Mandatory 100% control 2025-2026

To ensure that all housing sites continue to meet SNF standards, SNF-registered organizations are required to have all of their active EV housing inspected within a two-year period. Schedule SNF inspections in time for full coverage in 2026

To ensure that all housing sites continue to meet SNF standards, SNF-registered organizations are required to have all of their active EV homes inspected within a two-year period. Progress in 2025

By 2025, we will have conducted inspections at all of our clients as part of the mandatory 100% inspection over the 2025-2026 period. Many companies have already had approximately 50% of their properties inspected or have planned appointments to achieve this percentage before the end of the year.'

Focus 2026

In 2026 we will focus on the remaining homes so that we can collectively work towards the mandatory 100% coverage. In doing so, we approach our customers proactively to schedule inspections in a timely manner and make the process as smooth as possible.

The responsibility for scheduling and having the inspections carried out lies with the company itself. From a service standpoint, we support where possible and take certain work off their hands to help meet the standard.
