BB-cvm activity analysis
Having a so-called activity analysis and/or soil risk analysis carried out will give you a complete and up-to-date picture of the soil protection facilities and measures and any actions still to be carried out.
Our approach
We perform a soil risk analysis according to the Best Available Technology (BBT) document BB-CVM (Soil Protection Combination of Facilities and Measures). This document has replaced the former Dutch Soil Protection Provisions Directive (NRB 2012).
Based on the analysis we determine:
- The required frequency of the 6-yearly inspections;
- The annual in-house inspections of liquid-tight facilities;
- The inspection frequencies of liquid-retaining facilities.
- Any actions for measures and facilities still to be taken.
In many situations, control measures and impermeable facilities are sufficient to achieve a negligible soil risk. Our consultants will work with you to determine which measures best fit your business operations and wishes.
If there is no soil contamination, additional obligations under BB-CVM may not be necessary. If it is a question of soil pollution, we will examine what facilities and measures are needed.
