How does the training voucher registration audit work?

Phase 1 - Initiation of the registration application
Via the online platform of the Walloon Region, you start your application for registration. The official receipt confirms whether an audit is required.

Phase 2 - The audit visit
During the audit visit, the Normec auditor conducts an analysis of your internal operations and the training programs for which you are applying for accreditation.

Phase 3 - The reporting
The audit report is forwarded to the Direction de la formation professionnelle of the Service Public de Wallonie.

Stage 4 - The registration decision
The Walloon administration makes a decision on your registration, with final approval by the competent minister.
