BRL 9335 certification: for soil and dredged material
Do you work with batches of soil or dredged material? Then you have to deal with the Soil Quality Decree (Bbk) and the Soil Quality Regulations 2022 (RBK22). The BRL 9335 describes the requirements for managing soil streams and the environmental qualification of soil and dredged material.
The Bbk requires these activities to be carried out by a certified and approved company. Without certification, the competent authority will not accept the work. With BRL 9335 certification, you demonstrate that your organization works in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
The certification process

Which protocols are covered by BRL 9335?
Since the entry into force of version 4.2, there are five protocols:
Protocol 9335-1 - Individual batches of soil.
Environmental health inspection of individual batches of soil in the context of the Soil Quality Decree. And we can combine batches larger than 25 m3.
Protocol 9335-2 - Soil from projects
Environmental health inspection of batches of soil originating from projects.
Protocol 9335-4 - Composite soil products
Environmental health inspection of composite soil products.
Protocol 9335-9 - Civil engineering inspection
Inspection for determining the civil engineering quality of soil.
Protocol 9335-10 - Soil cleaned in the process.
Inspection for determining the quality of soil cleaned in the process.
