What is the CSR Guide?
The CSR Guide is a practical tool that helps you implement, develop and test corporate social responsibility (CSR) within your organization. The model is based on the ISO 26000 social responsibility guideline and helps you make CSR structural and demonstrable.
The CSR Guide gives you insight into where your organization stands in the field of corporate social responsibility. At the same time, it gives you tools to further develop CSR and make it visible to employees, clients and other stakeholders.
The CSR Guide consists of a practical self-assessment that you can expand with an independent certification. This way your organization grows step by step towards demonstrable corporate social responsibility.
The CSR Guide consists of two phases. In the first phase you map out your current situation. In the second phase you can have your CSR policy tested and certified by an independent party.
From Insight to Certification
-
1.
Phase 1: CSR Statement
In this phase a digital measurement among employees and managers provides a reliable picture of the state of CSR within your organization.
At the end of the process you will receive a clear report with the results. In case of a positive evaluation, the program is concluded with a CSR-declaration. This declaration is valid for two years and shows where your organization stands in the field of CSR.
After obtaining the CSR-declaration you can continue working on developing and improving your CSR-policy.

2.
Phase 2: CSR Certification
Do you want to demonstrate that your organization is actually assessed by an independent party? Then you can advance to phase 2: CSR Certification.
To obtain the certificate, your CSR activities will be assessed by an independent certifying body. If your assessment is positive, you will receive the CSR Certificate. This certificate is valid for three years, subject to annual surveillance audits.
