Wtta module for preparation for the Law on the admission of temporary employment agencies
The Wtta module is a voluntary inspection module that supports (temporary) employment agencies in preparing for the Law on the Admission of Temporary Employment Agencies (Wtta), which will become compulsory in 2027. With this module you gain insight into the extent to which your organization complies with the Wtta standards framework and where there is room for improvement.
The inspection focuses, among other things, on working conditions, transparency, compliance with laws and regulations and the quality of the administration. This gives you a clear picture of where your organization stands now and what is still needed towards future obligations.
