Wtta passed: why acting now is crucial
On April 15, 2025, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved the Law on Admission for the Posting of Workers (Wtta). This law introduces an obligation of admission for all companies that post workers. The goal: more control over the temporary employment industry, better protection of workers - especially migrant workers - and a fair playing field for all parties involved.
Although the official implementation date has not yet been set, one thing is clear: the non-commitment is over. Only companies with formal authorization will soon be allowed to operate in the market.
Consideration in the Senate is expected before the summer recess. Organizations would therefore be wise to start preparing now.
