SCC -MAX certification: from rules to behavior

SCC -MAX is an extension of the regular SCC certification with the SCC module behavior (SCC -MG), where besides systems and procedures also behavior and culture are central. Because real safety is not only created by rules, but especially by conscious and safe actions on the work floor.

With SCC -MAX you show that safety is not only formally established, but is actually lived within your organization.

A safety culture that works

With SCC -MAX you invest in sustainable safety. You show that your organization looks beyond the rules and actively works on awareness, cooperation and continuous improvement. You create a working environment in which employees feel responsible and risks are recognized in time.

Four steps to results

SCC -MAX helps organizations translate safety into concrete behavior. Not only what is on paper counts, but what employees do on a daily basis. This creates a strong safety culture in which responsibility, accountability and cooperation are central.

The steps

  1. 1.

The quotation request: easy and quick

Attach the organizational chart and risk analysis to the request.

  2. 2.

    The certification agreement: clear agreements

Do you like the quotation? Then sign the agreement attached to the quotation and provide us with the necessary documents.

  3. 3.

    The audit: time for action

    Phase 1: Document review

    Phase 2: The on-site verification

  4. 4.

    The result: the SCC certificate

The certificate is valid for three years. A surveillance audit is held annually and a recertification audit must be conducted after three years.

With SCC -MAX certification, you enjoy distinct advantages:

  • You strengthen safe behavior and safety culture within your organization
  • You make safety practical and measurable on the shop floor
  • You have independent proof that safety is being observed
  • You improve cooperation with subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • You increase trust with clients and stakeholders

A safety culture that works

With SCC -MAX, you invest in sustainable safety. You demonstrate that your organisation looks beyond compliance and actively promotes awareness, collaboration and continuous improvement. This helps create a working environment where employees take responsibility and risks are identified at an early stage.
