With 85 locations and the brands aktivoptik, smykker eyewear, and Optikhaus, the LoQu Group is one of the largest and most successful providers of eyewear and hearing aids in Germany. For nearly 40 years, aktivoptik has stood for fashionable eyewear, modern hearing aids, and outstanding service—with a strong network of locations throughout Germany. For eight years in a row, our locations have been named test winners by the DtGV for outstanding advice, precise eye exams, and excellent service. This success reflects the dedication and expertise of our team and demonstrates that customer satisfaction is our top priority.
How do you experience the collaboration in day-to-day practice?

Also particularly valuable is the direct and straightforward coordination of on-site arrangements at our branches between the experts we know personally and our administrative staff. Are there any specific examples of improvements, successes, or positive developments you associate with this collaboration?
The collaboration with Normec VQZ has led to noticeable improvements in the organization and handling of our procedures. In particular, Normec VQZ enables us to easily consolidate branch-specific procedures and efficiently coordinate the associated inspections. This reduces administrative burdens and coordination processes. Not only does this result in significant time savings for our administrative staff, but it also significantly eases the workload for our local branches. What developments or trends do you currently see in the client’s market environment?
We’re currently seeing a challenging trend in prequalification, which is due, among other things, to the economic situation, the strict regulations of the GKV criteria list, and the ongoing bureaucratic red tape.
What are you particularly proud of in your collaboration with Ms. Brosche?
First and foremost, I’m particularly proud that such a large and important corporate group has been prequalified by us. I’m even prouder that we’re able to handle this large number of procedures as simply and quickly as possible.
